Coffee Espresso Ingagi Indonesia Sumatra Simalem Jasmine 200g σε κόκκους

Single-origin Arabica coffee from Indonesia, from the Simalem farm in northern Sumatra. The farm is located on volcanic soil, at an altitude of 1600 meters, does not use chemical fertilizers and pesticides and the coffee trees belong to the Catimor variety. The processing of the beans follows experimental paths, as the beans are processed with the traditional Indonesian processing (giling basah / wet hulled process), while jasmine flowers are added at the same time! The result is a unique coffee, different from almost anything you have tried: it is characterized by notes of juicy fruits, such as grape and coconut, while the floral aromas of jasmine are omnipresent, giving a delicate, floral character.
