Single-varietal, 100% Arabica washed coffee from Indonesia, from the island of Sumatra. It is grown at 1600 meters by the Permata Gayo collective, which takes care of it manually at all stages of production. In the mouth, citrus and spice notes dominate, which contrast pleasantly with the rich, chocolatey aftertaste. An adventurous and exotic coffee, ideal for espresso.
