Single origin,100% Arabica coffee from Tanzania, from the Ngila farm at 1600 meters, in the Karatu area. The volcanic soil of the Ngorongoro Crater endows the coffee trees of the Typica, Bourbon and Kent varieties with a unique flavor and special character, while the hybrid Honey processing method accentuates the aromas in a unique way. In the cup, it is characterized by a deep body, delicate acidity and a rich flavor reminiscent of red fruits but also dried fruits such as fig and raisin.
