Single variety, 100% Arabica coffee from India.The coffee is "monsooned", meaning it is left to ripen exposed to the humid and warm winds of the region, the monsoons. In this way, an aged and truly limited production coffee is created, approaching the flavor profile of 18th century coffees transported by sailing ships to Europe, exposed to the winds for months. The light roasting enhances its spicy character, while the chocolate notes are dominant. The grains are entirely of AA quality, which is the highest in India.
