An exclusive espresso blend that marries liquid-processed Arabica from the Caribbean and premium Robusta (Royal Kaapi 17) from the Chandragiri plantation in Karnataka, India. The result is an aromatic coffee, with a rich, deep flavor with hints of chocolate, without particular bitterness, which is balanced between what the two varieties of coffee have to offer. One of Mikah's most "worked" and emblematic blends, designed for ristretto extractions.
