Coffee Espresso Paradiso Colombia Finca El Diviso Yellow Bourbon 250g beans

Single-origin, Micro-Lot 100% washed Arabica coffee from the El Diviso plantation in Huila, Colombia. The plantation is a family business and is located at an altitude of 1850 meters, with Yellow Bourbon coffee trees grown without insecticides and chemical fertilizers. In the cup, this is an excellent complex coffee, "juicy" and spicy, with notes of cherry and citrus but also of spices such as ginger and cardamom. It makes excellent espressos, but performs equally well in filter brewing. Those who love the adventurous specialty coffees of Colombia will love it.
