Caturra variety coffee trees grow at an altitude of 1200 - 1400 meters in an area renowned for its mild and humid climate, while the plantation owners ensure both good farming practices, good working conditions and decent wages. In the cup, the coffee has a strongly fruity character, with hints of citrus and bright, but never obnoxious acidity, while the body is particularly balanced.
