Single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee from India, from the coastal province of Malabar. The coffee is "monsooned", meaning it is left to ripen exposed to the humid and warm winds of the region, the monsoons. In this way, an aged and truly limited production coffee is created, approaching the flavor profile of 18th century coffees transported by sailing ships to Europe, exposed to the winds.
In the cup, it is characterized by intense notes of spices, cereals and nuts, rich cream and a velvety feel. A spicy, exotic coffee for connoisseurs.
