Cash on Delivery
By paying the price of your order when delivering the product to the place you selected. Please note that this payment method is not supported for home and professional espresso and filter machines and Tiki glasses.
By Bank Transfer
You can choose the bank that makes it easier for you to deposit the amount of your order. In the bank deposit slip you must state your full name or your order number as the reason for payment.
Please note that transfers between different bank organizations (e.g. from Piraeus Bank to National Bank of Greece) include transfer costs, depending on the amount of the order, which are in no case charged to our store. These orders must be made at the customer's expense, should they choose this payment method. In the case of an inter-bank transfer, please be aware that there may be a delay in identifying the deposit, which can take up to three working days.

Through the Iris Payments Service
The IRIS payments service is an alternative direct payment solution that allows you to make purchases by direct debit from your bank account using internet banking. The service supports the internet banking of Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, Attica Bank and Viva.
The process for paying via IRIS payments is as follows:
- Select the IRIS payments service as a payment method.
- Select "Create QR Code" to scan the QR from your mobile banking, or select your bank to be transferred to the secure e-banking environment.
- Log in to your bank environment and enter the payment details.
- The payment is made by credit transfer from your bank account.
- After completing the payment, you are automatically returned to our e-shop, where the transaction completion message is displayed.
There is no commission charge for payments via IRIS Payments.
By Debit or Credit Card
The payment clearing process is handled by Piraeus Bank, ensuring the absolute security of your transaction. When you enter your card details, the bank does not charge the amount of your order but places a hold on it. The charge is applied when your order is invoiced.
For the added security of electronic transactions via credit cards, payments are processed through the ePos Paycenter security system of Eurobank. During the purchase process, the customer is automatically transferred to a secure server of the Bank. All data transferred electronically by the customer (credit card details) to the Bank's service, and their transfer from the Bank to VISA, Electron VISA and MasterCard, are covered by the 256-bit SSL encryption algorithm. In this case, card details are not stored anywhere but are used only during the verification and charge process. Therefore, transactions made at our online store (Coffees.gr) via credit cards are absolutely secure.
Coffees.gr does not collect or store your credit card details in any way, which is why you need to re-enter them each time you use your credit card for transactions through this page.
In the event of a refund, the relevant commission to the service is withheld, and refunds can be processed no sooner than one working day after the date of the original transaction.
Please note that if your order amount exceeds €500, your purchase can only be completed using the following payment methods: bank transfer or debit/credit card.
Interest-Free Installments
For your best service, please check if your card participates in the Interest-Free Installments scheme. Please note that purchasing in interest-free installments is available both through our online store and through our retail stores. Note: interest-free installments do not apply to purchases made via Apple Pay.
Through PayPal
You can pay for your order through the PayPal service, an internationally recognized, certified and secure online payment platform. If you choose to pay via PayPal, the total amount of your order (including VAT and delivery and shipping charges) is paid without any other charge or commission. In the case of payment via PayPal, the shipping address used is the address registered with your PayPal account.
Please note that this payment method is not supported for home and professional espresso and filter machines. In the event of a refund, the relevant commission to the service is withheld. In the case of collection from our physical store, payment via PayPal is made upon collection of the order.
Through Google Pay / Apple Pay / Revolut Pay
You can pay for your order even more easily and quickly by choosing Google Pay, Apple Pay or Revolut Pay. All you need is to have your debit or credit card saved in one of the relevant applications and your payment will be made immediately and with absolute security. In the event of a refund, the relevant commission to the service is withheld.
Through Klarna Payments
You can pay for your orders with even greater flexibility by using the Klarna Payments system and choosing between payment within thirty (30) days or payment in up to three (3) installments. Payment is made through the secure Klarna Payments environment. Please note that this payment method is only available through the website and not in physical stores.
