Orders are dispatched, barring unforeseen circumstances, the same or the next business day and are delivered within 2 - 5 business days, unless you are in a remote area where your package will be delivered within 7 days. Please note that during peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season, etc.) delivery times may vary.
If your order cannot be processed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.), we will contact you to let us know whether you wish to complete your order. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
Please note that if you wish your order to be delivered within specific hours, delivery days may vary.
Shipping Methods
Courier Center
Our products are shipped throughout Greece via various transport methods (courier, transport companies) depending on the payment method chosen by the customer. We also ship products to Cyprus.
If you have not placed a named order for the product you wish and you visit the store, we cannot guarantee availability. Coffees.gr operates as an online store but also has a physical location which also serves as a service point. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. To confirm product availability please call us at 210 8810717. No product is reserved without a named order.
If you choose in-store collection as your delivery method and your order has not been prepaid, it remains active for three (3) days and is then cancelled.
Our company reserves the right to request a deposit for any order and to change prices without notice.
Shipping Costs
Coffees.gr can serve customers throughout Greece. Shipping costs vary depending on the type, size and weight of the items. We have formulated our shipping policy as fairly as possible.
Minimum shipping cost for cash-on-delivery payment including the cash-on-delivery fee: 3,90 €
Cash-on-delivery fee: 1,90 €
Minimum shipping cost for bank transfer payment: 2,00 €
Minimum shipping cost for credit card payment: 2,00 €
The minimum shipping cost applies to packages of up to 11 kg.
Shipping to Cyprus
For shipments to Cyprus, shipping costs are set at €15 for packages up to two kilos. For packages over two kilos, shipping costs are charged at €2.50 / kg. For orders exceeding 20 kg, please contact us regarding the shipping method and cost calculation.
Delivery time is 7+ days.
BOX NOW
Through Box Now, your package is delivered to a locker of your choice within two business days of your order (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from business days). After delivery, your package remains in your chosen locker for 48 hours, with the option to extend by 24 hours upon request by the recipient.
To collect your package from the locker, you will need the relevant PIN, which is sent via Viber, SMS, email, etc. to the contact details you have provided. Each message contains information about the selected locker, the package storage time, navigation instructions to the locker and a unique code consisting of 6-8 digits. Please note that entering the unique code on the locker keypad replaces the recipient's signature and constitutes proof of collection.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for delivery via BOX NOW is 2,00 € and cash-on-delivery is not supported. Please note that for BOX NOW deliveries to Crete, Corfu, Zakynthos, Kefalonia, Lefkada, Rhodes and Mytilene, an additional charge applies: €0.30 (small locker), €0.90 (medium locker) and €1.50 (large locker).
Free Shipping for orders over €69
For orders with a total value of €69 or more, you will not be charged shipping costs, whether you choose delivery via Courier Center or Box Now.
The order cost is calculated based on the retail prices as listed on the coffees.gr website. This offer applies only to orders shipped within Greece and the delivery method (courier or transport company) may vary depending on the weight and volume of the order and the shipping address.
The offer is valid for all payment methods. For orders over €69 paid by cash-on-delivery, you will only be charged the cash-on-delivery fee (€1.90).
Please note that product returns are not eligible for a cash refund unless you purchase products of equal value, and this does not include products that the law excludes from the right of withdrawal (see more about our returns & exchanges policy here).
In the event of a package being returned due to refusal of collection, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
