Orders are shipped within 2 - 5 business days, unless you are in a remote area where the delivery time may take until 7 days. .
If your order cannot be processed for reasons of force majeure, we will contact you to indicate whether you wish to complete your order. If you complete your order, you will be sent an email confirming that we have received your order.
Please note that if you wish your order to be delivered within certain hours, delivery days may vary.
Shipping Methods
Orders are sent via Courier Center.
Our products are shipped all over Greece with all kinds of transport (courier, mail, transport companies) and depend on the payment method that the customer desires. We also ship products to Cyprus.
If you have not made a nominal order for the product out shop cannot guarantee the product's availability. Coffees.gr operates as an online store but also has a physical location that also serves as a service point. The shop opening hours are from Monday to Friday and from 8.00 to 16.00. To confirm the availability of the products call us at 210 8810717. No product is bound without a nominal order.
Our company reserves the right to request a down payment for each order as well as to change prices without notice.
Shipping Costs
Coffees.gr can serve customers all over Greece. Shipping costs vary depending on the type, size and weight of the items. We have formulated our shipping policy as fairly as possible.
Minimum shipping cost for "cash-on-delivery" payment: 3,90 €
"Cash-on-delivery" cost: 1,90 €
Minimum shipping costs for payment by bank transfer: 2,00 €
Minimum shipping costs for credit card payment: 2,00 €
The minimum shipping cost applies to packages of up to 11 kg.
Free Shipping for orders over € 69
For orders of total value of € 69 or more, you will not be charged for shipping.
The cost of the order is calculated based on the retail prices as posted on coffees.gr website. This offer applies only to orders sent within Greece and the way of delivery (courier or transport company) may vary depending on the weight of the order, as well as the shipping address. The offer is valid for every form of payment.
For orders over € 69 paid cash-on-delivery, you will only be charged the cash deposit (€ 1.90).
Shipping to Cyprus
For shipments to Cyprus, shipping costs are set at 15 euros for packages up to two kilos. For parcels over two kilos, shipping costs are charged at 2.5 euros / kg. For orders over 20 kg, please contact us for shipping and calculation of shipping.
