Ειναι δυνατος και εχει καποια αρωματα που ξεχωριζουν, οπως ξηροι καρποι, ξηρα φρουτα. Με Gaggia baby, με ims 18 γραμ. filter, βαζω 17 γραμμαρια καφε στο φιλτρο, για να παρω 38 γραμ. κουπα, με χρονο εκχειλεισης 40 δευτερα. Το αποτελεσμα τεινει προς το γλυκειζον χωρις ζαχαρη με λιγη ζαχαρη γινεται γλυκο.
