DESCRIPTION

Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Peru Cipizu 250g beans

Single-origin, 100% washed organic Arabica from Peru, from the region of Oxapampa. The cultivation has been undertaken by an indigenous community of Yanesha, and the plantations are located at an altitude of 2000 meters. Coffee trees are grown in the shade of age-old trees, without fertilizers, insecticides or other chemicals.

In the cup, its character is fruity, but there are delicious notes of molasses, sugar cane and almond. Its sweetness is intense and steals the impressions, while the body is balanced and the acidity is discreet.

Kαταλαβαίνεις από την πρώτη γουλιά ότι ειναι βιολογικος - organic καφές. Ισχύουν όσα γράφει η περιγραφή για τις γεύσεις του. Για όποιον ψάχνει κάτι πιο σπέσιαλ αλλά και σε νορμαλ τιμή, αξίζει η δοκιμή. Εγώ θα τον ξαναέπαιρνα σίγουρα, για να τον έχω για όποτε θέλω κάτι πιο ντελικατέσεν και εξωτικό.
