Coffee Espresso Caffè Lab Etiopia Ana Sora 250g beans
Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, from the Guji region, east of Yirgacheffe province. Ana Sora is a plantation located at a really high altitude (2300 meters), something that uniquely enriches the taste of coffee, through the slow ripening of its "cherries". The fruits are selected by hand, and dried in the strong African sun for 15-30 days, until the beans absorb all the aromas.
The cup is dominated by floral aromas and fruity notes, as well as a sense of sweetness that balances the lively acidity. The body is round and the aftertaste is persistent.
