Single-origin, 100% washed Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, from the Bona Ayele farm in the Sidamo region. Ayele Tulu's farm is located at an altitude of 2200 meters and the crops are strictly local Arabica varieties, while the owners work in the cultivation of coffee really from young children.
In the cup, it is characterized by floral and fruity aromas, delicate body and sweet taste, which overflows with notes of white fruits, such as grapes and peaches, but also by lively citrus acidity.
