Single origin, 100% Arabica washed coffee from Cuba, from the Escambray plateau, in the so-called "Crystal Mountains". Coffee trees grow in the shade of tall trees, and the taste of coffee is enriched by the fertile soils, the ideal heat and the frequent rainfall.
In the cup, it gives an excellent espresso, with rich notes of tobacco and spices and a long, persistent chocolate aftertaste. The acidity is low, the body is balanced, and the result is excellent even in Moka Pot.
