Σε εσπρέσσο ισορροπεί σε γεύση, ένταση, διάρκεια προς το μέτριο σε όλα χωρίς εξάρσεις. Με σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη οξύτητα στον ουρανίσκο μου και ελάχιστα πικρός με ελάχιστη ποσότητα καστανής ζάχαρης προτείνεται.
Σε freddo δεν μου άρεσε χάνει την ισορροπία του και γίνεται υποτονικός, έφτιαξε γευστικά με 5gr καστανής ζάχαρης αλλά έχασε τα προσωπικά γευστικά του χαρακτηριστικά.
