Its first appearance is in Belfast, Ireland in the 19th century, but since then there have been several variations, depending on how the drink is made and the country of origin. Although originally Ginger Ale was used as a mild remedy for nausea and stomach ailments, today it is an extremely popular base for cocktails, while many who consume it plain, thanks to its thirsty taste.

  • Beat your coffee in a stainless steel shaker, which will transmit the temperature evenly, for a perfect beat.
  • Use a sweet drink, 100% Arabica blend, which will be pleasantly contrasted with the ginger spark. Hausbrandt Gourmet Columbus, Illy Arabica Selection Ethiopia and Hausbrandt Murano are ideal choices
  • You can find Ginger Ale in updated wine cellars or in large supermarkets.
  • Pay attention to the sugar content and the calories of Ginger Ale that we will choose, so as not to end up with a calorie bomb.
  • It would be good to have your Ginger Ale in the fridge before beating, in order to achieve the right temperature in your drink.
