Single-origin, 100% wet-processed Arabica coffee from El Salvador, from the La Esperanza plantation on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano. The coffee trees are grown at high altitude and under natural shade, acquiring a rich bouquet of flavors, reminiscent of fruits such as apple and pear, complemented by subtle notes of caramel, chocolate and nuts. Works great as an espresso.
