A single-origin, 100% Arabica coffee from El Salvador, from the Villa Espana plantation in the Apaneca region, which has been operating for 120 years. The coffee trees belong to the Bourbon variety and grow at an altitude of 1300 meters. In the cup, it is an extremely complex coffee, with a fruity character, with notes of yellow fruits such as peach and nectarine, notes of chocolate and almond and a deep, rich aftertaste reminiscent of liqueur. Its deep body makes it particularly enjoyable as an espresso.
