Coffee Espresso Ingagi Ethiopia Shakiso G1 250g beans

Single-origin 100% Washed Arabica coffee from Oromia, Ethiopia, from plantations at an altitude of 1900 - 2200 meters, from the "G1" zone, which produces the best coffees in the region. The beans belong to indigenous varieties (heirloom) and are dried naturally under the African sun. In the cup, it is particularly complex, with aromas of fruits such as plum and peach, but also a delicate jasmine aftertaste. The light roasting uniquely emphasizes the organoleptic characteristics, while as a coffee it also performs excellently in filter extractions.
