100% naturally processed Arabica coffee from Ethiopia, from the Yirgacheffe region, at 2000 - 2300 meters altitude. The beans come directly from small farmers operating in the mountainous region of Gedeb Woreba and belong to old native varieties (Heirloom). In the cup, it is floral and fruity, with hints of blackberries and delicate aromas of jasmine in the aftertaste. Light roasting gives it a light body and emphasizes its unique character in the best way.
