Single-origin Microlot 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia, decaffeinated. Decaffeination is done naturally, using the SwissWater method that uses only water and no chemicals, resulting in a healthy coffee that retains its flavor and aroma intact. The coffee trees belong to the Red and Yellow Bourbon varieties and undergo anaerobic fermentation before decaffeination. The result is an incredibly complex and flavorful coffee, with notes of tropical and red fruits, citrus acidity and a deep chocolate sweetness on the finish.
