Coffee Espresso Ingagi Panama Gesha Carmen Estate 100g beans

Single-varietal, Microlot 100% Arabica washed coffee of the Gesha variety, from the Carmen Estate plantation in the Chiriquí region of Panama. Coffee trees grow in volcanic soil, at an altitude of 1700 meters, in the heart of the rainforest. The special care of third-generation coffee grower Carlos Aguilera earned Carmen Estate's Gesha the "Best Panamanian Coffee" award for 2023.

In the mouth, it is multi-polar and aromatic, with soft rose aromas and a fruity, juicy character reminiscent of tropical fruits. The lively acidity is reminiscent of citrus fruits and lemongrass. A truly special and limited coffee, excellent as espresso but also in filter extraction.
