An espresso blend with a strong body and taste, thick and persistent cream and aromas of dark chocolate and wood. Brazilian Arabica beans add sweetness, but the Asian Robusta decisively determines the character of the "blue" blend. It drinks extremely well as espresso, but also gives delicious cappuccino, latte and flat-white.
