Single origin, 100% Arabica coffee from the Caldas region of Colombia. The coffee beans, after being collected by hand and cleaned, are matured for three months in empty barrels of Colombian rum, in order to absorb as many aromas and flavors as possible.
A really special coffee, unique in the world. Its production is limited and its taste is special, completely different from any other coffee you have ever tasted.
