What do we need for Christmas Apple Coffee?
40 grams of baked apple puree
20 ml of caramel syrup
One espresso shot (about 30 ml)
A pinch of cinnamon
100 ml of milk
Whipped Cream
How do we prepare Christmas Apple Coffee?
Grate the baked apple into puree
Heat the puree slightly, adding the caramel syrup and cinnamon
Place the mixture in a large glass beaker and add hot milk, stirring constantly.
Add the espresso
Serve with whipped cream and a little more cinnamon, with a Milkshake straw
