Something between street food and dessert, crepe is a delicacy that is sure to bring back sweet memories. Connected with the years of youth, with vacations or teenage outings, with a quick snack in hand after a drink or overnight, or for some, in its most gentle and delicate version, like breakfast, the crepe does not need special recommendations.
Although everyone definitely has a favorite hangout that makes their crepe exactly the way they prefer it, crepes are a simple dessert that are very easy to make at home, as they require only a little skill in wrapping and turning - but if done with friends, it can also be a cause for jokes and laughter.
Our crepes have a rich, delicious filling of cream-flavored coffee, based on fluffy mascarpone, and crunchy cookies, which is why we named them… tiramisu crepes! It is the best for a breakfast table, a brunch with friends or just as an easy and delicious sweet snack for our afternoon coffee.
What do you need for Tiramisu Flavoured Crepes?
For the crepes:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 γά cup of milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
For the filling:
4 teaspoons instant coffee
1 cup sour cream
Or a cup of mascarpone
Or a cup of powdered sugar
Or a teaspoon of honey or petimezi
Some water
Nuts, pieces of chocolate or caramel or biscuit etc.
How do are Tiramisu Crepes prepared?
Prepare the filling:
Dissolve the instant coffee in a little water
In a bowl, put the sour cream, cheese, sugar and honey
Beat with a mixer and gradually add the coffee
Continue beating until the mixture is fluffy and relatively firm.
The right crepe needs simple ingredients, good mood and dexterity - and of course, a little delicious tiramisu cream for the filling!
