On the one hand, TikTokers share tips and advice for better weight loss, videos that "prove" the "before" and the "after", as well as humorous snapshots that show the reactions to a cup of coffee with lemon. And, as social media shapes the trends of the time more easily than any other medium, the impact of this diet is growing.
