καταπληκτικος..ακομα καλυτερος και απο αρκετα ακριβωτερους που εχω δοκιμασει..εντονος με μεγαλη επιγευση και ελαχιστη οξυτητα..και ελαφρυς σε καφεινη..αλλα αν καποιος τον παρει για οικιακη χρηση ας βεβαιωθει οτι εχει τα καταληλα εργαλεια και τροπο για να των φτιαξει και να αναδειχθει..

Εχω καταλήξει σε αυτόν το καφέ και έχω δοκιμάσει πάρα πολλούς. Για μένα είναι πολύ ισοροπημένος καφές ωραία επίγευση απλά τα γούστα του καφέ είναι πολύ προσωπικά.

Ντελικατος με σοκολατα και απαλο σωμα στην αρχη το οποιο μετα γινεται προς φρουτα και εσπεριδοειδη.
Θυμιζει μονοποικιλιακο μονο που θελει χαμηλοτερη θερμοκρασια εκχυλισης για να αναδειχθει.

Χρειάζεται 18.5γρ. στα 34-37δευτερολεπτα 57-60ml .θερμοκρασία 92-93-94 το αποτέλεσμα θα βγει τελειο
