Προσοχη, αν υπαρχει ρυθμιση, θελει υψηλη θερμοκρασια, αν δεν υπαρχει, πρεπει να αφησεις την μηχανη να ζεσταθει καλα. Αν δεν υπαρχει δυνατη θερμοκρασια βγαινει καπως οξινος και με ασχημη γευση.
Την ιδια ρυθμιση θελει και ο illy classico.
Τελος παντων ειναι εξοχος με ανθη, ελαφρια καραμελα και ελαχιστο κακαο.
