Who is Gima Caffe?

The story of Gima Caffe begins in Rome in the 80s. By choosing the best coffee beans from around the world, Gima Caffe's blenders and roasters pursue a new look at espresso. Always based on tradition (after all, Rome is a city famous for its espresso culture) they create quality blends that are unforgettable from the first sip.

Today, after a 40-year journey in the field of espresso, the small roastery of 1980 has given way to state-of-the-art facilities of 2500 square meters, but the love and passion for true espresso remains the same.

Meet the precious blends of Gima Caffe!

Diamante: The "diamond" blend of Gima Caffe is a delicate and luxurious blend, consisting exclusively of fine Arabica beans. It is characterized by a rich taste with notes of milk chocolate and hints of red fruits, a balance of acidity and noble floral aromas and a natural sweetness that pleasantly surprises.

Perla Nera: Gima Caffe's "black pearl" is a blend of fine beans from six different origins, dominated by Arabica, rare and precious as its name testifies. The result is a balanced blend with a satisfying body, velvety texture and rich taste dominated by chocolate notes, but also spices such as cinnamon and anise

Rubino: Arabica from South America and Asian Robusta are married in a rare and exotic blend, like a precious ruby. Sweet and with a delightful aftertaste, it has a rich, deep flavor overflowing with notes of nuts, chocolate and honey.

Ambra: An "amber" blend based on the tradition of Italian espresso and the skillful blending of Arabica and Robusta. A blend with intense character and strong body, dominated by notes of smoke, caramel and baked bread, with some hints of dark chocolate following the lingering aftertaste.
