Simple, tasty and with a wonderful texture.

At the same time, Indonesia has developed a rich and distinct coffee culture, which has influenced the way Southeast Asia's coffee is drunk. In addition to plenty of milk and added plenty of sugar, Indonesian recipes make extensive use of local spices and ingredients such as ginger, coconut sugar and, of course, coconut.

Only with local coffee and coconut milk we have a simple, but absolutely filling and enjoyable recipe that comes to us from the island of Java, known for the quality coffee it produces. The reason for Kopi Lethok, a simple and delicious coffee extracted in coconut milk. Tips for delicious Kopi Lethok

We use whole fat coconut milk and not skim, for more flavor.
The amount of coffee we will use depends on how strong we want our coffee.
Instead of regular sugar, we can use coconut sugar, for an even more exotic taste.
We choose a single variety coffee from Indonesia, such as Rhodigium Indonesia EK Especial or New York Monorigini Java.
Beating it with ice, we have its icy version, ideal for the summer months.
If we want to match it with a spice, a little ginger and a little cinnamon will take it off.

If you have a friend who loves exotic flavors and weird coffees, a Kopi Lethok from Indonesia will really impress him!
