An Italian company from the north roasts the rarest coffees in the woods!

One of the things we are very proud of at Coffees.gr, is the opportunity we have to bring Greek coffee lovers in contact with unique espresso brands, which, although not among the most well-known, hide espresso "diamonds" that are worth our attention. One of these companies is Rhodigium!

Rhodigium takes its name from the Latin name of the town of Rovigo, in northern Italy, where it is based. Although it is not very old as a company, it has managed to gain the respect and love of the people who love Italian espresso, thanks to its quality blends, but also to its careful series of single-variety coffees. The commitment of the people of Rhodigium to quality coffee follows a number of key axes: the selection of the appropriate raw material, the careful roasting of the green coffee beans and the utilization of the secrets of the Italian coffee culture in terms of blending and creating blends.

What makes Rhodigium espresso stand out?

Rhodigium has established trusting relationships with producers in Central and South America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia, so it can buy the beans directly from the "source", which leads to coffees not only of excellent quality and rich aroma, but also increased traceability. Every sip of an Rhodigium espresso is full of flavor and aroma, and its people know exactly the producer who is responsible for this little miracle.

One of the great secrets of Rhodigium is the roasting of coffee beans. Although the company's facilities follow all the latest technological advances, its roasters employ old Italian techniques, such as roasting in wood, to ensure that the aromas and flavors of coffee will stand out as much as possible. Each batch of coffee is roasted by hand, with modern equipment but traditional methods, and the result is visible in the cup.

In terms of blending, Rhodigium blenders are passionate about authentic Italian espresso and try their blends to follow the requirements of the Italian tradition, going one step further, with blends that capture the senses and arouse every fanatic. espresso. At the same time, Rhodigium has some exquisite origins as single variety coffees, which aims to give the public the opportunity to taste some rare and special Single - Origin coffees and to explore in depth their taste profiles.
